Smarty Plants (Megan) was able to deliver what other nurseries could not. I was searching for two specific trees and did my market search for what would be fair prices that included installation. What set Smarty Plants apart from so many other nurseries I’ve visited is 1) the website is the best I’ve seen. While still not perfect (slow to load, some image issues) it actually works and helped a lot to find what I was looking for. 2) I could pay online and track my order (big plus). 3) I didn’t have to travel miles to check plants myself, 4) my first delivery wasn’t what I expected – Megan adjusted the order and I’m very grateful. I am definitely shopping with Smart Plants again because of this transaction. So many other nurseries played games, didn’t follow through, or never had what I wanted. So thank you Megan!
