Description: This Jasmine blooms all year with white flowers that resemble pinwheels. The leaves are glossy and deep green, providing lovely contrast for the bright white flowers.  Pinwheel Jasmine will still bloom in a good amount of shade, which is uncommon for many flowering shrubs.
